Who We Are

More Than a Coaching Firm — A Growth Movement

Unity Growth Partners was founded in 2014 with a single conviction: that Uganda's professionals deserve world-class coaching, mentoring, and leadership development — right here at home.

We started with five clients in a borrowed conference room at the Serena Hotel, Kampala. Today, we have served over 500 professionals and 80 organisations across Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

Our approach is distinctly African — we blend internationally proven coaching methodologies with a deep understanding of Uganda's cultural context, communication styles, and business realities. We don't import solutions; we co-create them with our clients.

Every programme, session, and conversation at Unity Growth Partners is guided by our unwavering commitment to authentic human transformation — not surface-level training that fades within weeks.

Founded in Kampala

Unity Growth Partners launches with a vision to bring transformative coaching to Uganda's professionals.

First Corporate Partner

We sign our first enterprise contract and begin delivering leadership workshops across Stanbic Bank Uganda.

Regional Expansion

We extend our reach to Kenya and Rwanda, running cross-border leadership retreats for regional executives.

We celebrate coaching our 500th individual client and launch our flagship Women in Leadership programme.
