Founder & CEO

Grace is a certified Master Coach (ICF MCC) with 18 years of experience in leadership development across East Africa. She founded Unity Growth Partners after a transformative career spanning Stanbic Bank, DFCU Bank, and the UN. Her mission is simple: ensure that every Ugandan professional has access to world-class coaching.

Julius brings 15 years of corporate leadership experience from MTN Uganda and Deloitte East Africa.
